THE N. Q. ADAMS TRACT ADDITION in Baldwin County consists of 479 acres of old-growth forested wetlands adjoining the Clearwater Tract (purchase # 15) within the Mobile-Tensaw Delta. In partnership with the Alabama Forestry Commission and the Forever Wild Program, an additional 1,100 acres of forested wetland forest habitat were acquired by the State Lands Division through a $1.98 Million U.S. Forest Service Forest Legacy grant.
